Q1: Does all material need to be flat for printing? Or can it vary between 1mm and 100mm? For example, when acryl is a bit bended.
A1: Material need flat , because no matter how much thickness of material (1-100mm)the print height (heads surface to material surface )always 2mm, so if bend can not more than 1 mm different , our working table have vacuum suck normally can suck material keep flat during printing.
Q2: How does the ink dry in the printer? Or other types of lamps or heat sources for drying?
A2: Uv light, it with water cooling led lamps and cover outside from each lamps.
Q3: How long does the ink last?
A3: Ink expired date is 12 months.
Q4: What kind of operating system is linked to it?
A4: Widows 10. Need higher configration if equip with visual positioning System.
Q5: Is a Primer required for printing on glass?
A5: Yes, glass, metal and acrylic needs pre-coating before printing.
Q6: Is there a antistatic method for the printer? For example acryl-material is sometimes static.
A6: We equip the static eliminator to ensure print quality, eliminate static electricity on materials, make ink droplets more stable, and eliminate ink flying problems caused by static electricity.
